In early March, our Secretary Kellie Trudeau proposed to the parish councils that our parishes use a more universal logo that unites the entire group together as one, calling it the "Catholic Parishes of South Stevens County." She had worked with her sister, an experienced graphic designer, who donated her time to come up with the right look and feel for a logo.
Each council voted in favor of the proposed logo - it uses a stylized graphic of each of the church buildings placed as one group and highlights the iconic copper steeple at St. Mary's. A dark purple is used as the main color with the copper color as an accent. There is also opportunity to use the individual building designs on their own when necessary.
In the coming month or two we will roll out a new look for our website and be more consistent in how we use our brand (logo, style and colors) in newspaper advertising, community flyers, mailers, and in digital communications, etc. It will make our parishes more identifiable to the community and highlights how special each church is to our whole parish community.
